Hotel Gamshag

Checking in and checking out:

On the date of departure, check-out is at 9 a.m. Please note that check-in is not before 11 a.m.

Deposit:

We ask you to confirm your reservation with a deposit from EURO 150,-- till EURO 200,-- per room on our account. We will give you or bank details in case of a reservation. The reservation is fixed only in case of a deposit!!

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made in writing. There are no cancellation fees up to 3 months prior to date of arrival, up to one month prior to date of arrival we charge 3 days. From one month prior to date of arrival we charge 50 per cent of the reserved duration of stay. In case of an early departure you have to pay the full amout of the reserved stay.

Conditions of cancellation:

The Austrian hotel regulations may apply.

Travel insurance

A hotel reservation is a sales-contract. Cancellation fees apply at cancellation, delayed arrival or early departure. The Austrian hotel contract conditions may apply and we are entitled to charge up to 80 per cent of the full amount at short-term cancellations. Since unforeseen incidents such as an illness or accident can occur at all times, we suggest to effect a travel insurance. Herefor we would recommend you the "Europäische Reiseversicherung" (european traveler insurance company).

Smoking or non-smoking?

Please note that our dining room is a non-smoking room. Also in our rooms rooms you should not smoking. You may smoke on the balcony, in the floor, on the terrace or in front of our entrance.

Pets:

Only small pets on request. The costs are EURO 5,-- per day.
