Cancellation fees:
No doubt you are looking forward to your holiday. However, anything might happen before you set off, or during your holiday!In case of cancellation, the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry) apply to our establishment.
That means:
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival.
From 3 month up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking.
From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the cost of the booking.
When you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will invouce you 90% of the cost of your booking,
on early departure 100%.
As our special service we offer to take out the Hotel Storno Plus insurance for you.

And if something comes up? Whether your holiday even starting to or have to return earlier - you back off and book travel insurance to simply.The following services are included in this specially developed for the Austria-holiday insurance package:
- Cancellation cover:
Cancellation fee reimbursement if unable to make the journey to the booked trip (no deductible)
- Premature termination:
Replacement of booked but unused part of the arrangement up to the value of the journey (no deductible)
- Delayed commencement of the booking:
a. delayed through no fault of the journey to your holiday (eg breakdown): replacement of board and lodging expenses on the road
b. Natural event on location (avalanche, landslide, etc.): Reimbursement of expenses for board and lodging on site at road block to 20% of the booked trip, max. € 365,-
- Involuntary termination:
Due to accident, illness or a natural event: Reimbursement of additional costs on site (including meals) to 50% of the booked trip, max. € 2.000 -
- Search and rescue costs:
With mountain and sea (including helicopter rescue) to € 7.500,-
